The report highlights key advances in Education, Women’s Rights and Health, and the Holistic Development of Natura and Avon Beauty Consultants in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
Understanding challenges, generating evidence, strengthening partnerships, and influencing public policy: this is the path forged by Instituto Natura to expand opportunities and transform realities sustainably. In 2025, this work materialized as significant progress in Education, Women’s Rights and Health, and the Holistic Development of Natura and Avon Beauty Consultant, all of which are now detailed in our 2025 Annual Report.
Throughout the year, BRL 117.7 million was invested across these three causes. Operating in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, the Institute worked in partnership with 67 strategic ally organizations and supported initiatives in 57 states and provinces, strengthening public policies and expanding the reach of its regional impact.
In the opening letter of the publication, David Saad, CEO of Instituto Natura, emphasizes that the results achieved represent far more than the achievements of a single year. “Each milestone—whether a new initiative, an expansion, or the continuity of a transformative program—drives us to go further. We want these advancements to become the norm, public policy, and a standard reality. That is what we work for,” he summarized.
In Education, 2025 was marked by the strengthening of public policies focused on Literacy, High School, and Educational Ecosystems. The supported initiatives benefited over 6.4 million students, reached more than 36,000 schools, and mobilized over 4,800 municipalities across Latin America.
In Women’s Rights and Health, the Institute expanded initiatives focused on breast health care and combating violence against women, combining knowledge generation, awareness campaigns, and advocacy to strengthen public policies. Throughout the year, these campaigns reached 571 million people in Latin America.
Meanwhile, the Holistic Development of Natura and Avon Beauty Consultants advanced through initiatives focused on education, financial inclusion, digital literacy, health, and well-being, benefiting 231,000 Beauty Consultants across the six countries where the Institute operates.
More than just presenting an overview of the year’s activities, the 2025 Annual Report highlights how knowledge, collaboration, and network mobilization are driving structural change and reinforcing public policies. By sharing this journey, Instituto Natura reaffirms its commitment to systemic changes that continue to expand opportunities for children, women, and Beauty Consultants throughout Latin America.
