iN celebrates work that transforms the lives of students, women and Beauty Consultants

On April 28, World Education Day, Instituto Natura turns 15 in Brazil, celebrating our historic achievements and the results of 2024, the year in which we impact more than 5.7 million students, 300 thousand women and 500 thousand Beauty Consultants in Latin America.

When we were born in 2010, our goal was to transform public education in Brazil, guaranteeing quality learning for all children and young people. In 2020, we expanded our operations on the continent, reaching Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

On this journey, we have dedicated ourselves to the full development of Natura and Avon Beauty Consultants, repaying them for the voluntary work they do in selling Natura Crer Para Ver, the largest social product in Latin America, which finances our operation.

In 2024, we started working on Women’s Rights and Health, valuing and continuing fundamental initiatives aimed at Breast Health and Ending Violence against Women, which Avon has historically supported.

The union of these three causes boosts our performance and has contributed to improving indicators that point to gains in dignity, well-being and prosperity for children, women, their families and communities.

In its 15-year history, Instituto Natura has built a path of learning, innovating strategically, working collaboratively with the third sector and with players in the public and private sectors, supporting the creation of public policies that benefit more people, efficiently and permanently, throughout the Latin American region.

Instituto Natura is ready to take new steps towards a horizon of social transformation in all six countries. We will work so that, over the next 15 years, we can combat structural inequalities, contributing to improvements in the lives of people, acting for the necessary social regeneration. Each person, employee, partner and Beauty Consultant is part of this story, which makes us so proud.
