Founded in 2010, Instituto Natura is a non-profit organization which seeks to positively impact the lives of millions of people and increase the human development in Latin America. We are in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, working on the causes of Education; Women’s Rights and Health; and the Comprehensive Development of the Beauty Consultants.
We believe that, in order to achieve big social transformations, well-coordinated and collaborative work is needed among the third sector, public authorities, specialists, companies and sponsors in all these countries. Thus, together, we build initiatives and impact public policies which allow the people to access a dignified life full of rights.
Why do we work with these causes? Because we want all the potential of the human beings to be respected and valued, and we believe that this involves children and women.
We want all children in Latin America to have access to school, to a quality education, to be able to read and write at the appropriate age, and to complete their formal education ready for life and the labor world.
We want all women in the region to be aware of and have access to essential information about breast health; and to have the right to early diagnosis and appropriate treatment for breast cancer.
e want women to be respected and free from any kind of violence and to be informed and supported appropriately when they need it.
We want Natura and Avon Beauty Consultants to be prosperous and for this prosperity to spill over their families and communities. After all, their engagement with Natura Crer Para Ver makes the work of Instituto Natura possible, creating a network movement which has become one of the main social businesses in Latin America.
In all causes, Instituto Natura is committed to making a continuous positive impact. We are moving towards a horizon of significant transformations, working towards the change we want to see in the society: to improve the people’s lives.
